How should a wedding budget be split?
Venue and catering together usually take 45 to 55 percent of an Indian wedding budget. Decor is typically 12 to 18 percent, photography 6 to 10, and attire and jewellery vary enormously by family. This planner starts from those proportions and shifts them toward your stated priorities.
What happens if I prioritise everything?
Nothing useful, which is the point. Prioritising two categories moves real money into them. Prioritising all of them returns you to the default split and tells you nothing.
