Significant changes, such as adding events, expanding to a multi-day destination format, or a major increase in guest count or complexity, can move the engagement to a higher tier or warrant a scope revision. We use a flat-fee model with the fee tied to scope rather than your total wedding spend. After a free consultation, we provide a written proposal showing exactly what’s in scope, what’s out, payment schedule, and refund policy.

We don’t accept undisclosed vendor commissions. Any vendor we recommend, we recommend based on fit for your event, not on margin to us. If a vendor offers us a referral fee, we pass it through to you as a discount on the vendor’s quote.
