Budget for someone who has worked in courtyards specifically, because a standard event PA setup in a stone quadrangle sounds poor no matter how expensive it is.
Light is the property’s greatest asset and its biggest production cost. Carved stone, jharokhas and frescoed ceilings look extraordinary when lit properly and flat when lit badly. This is the single line where spending more visibly improves the wedding, and where cutting is most obvious in the photographs.
Neither is a reason to avoid the property. Both are reasons to have the production conversation before the design conversation.
